iS THERE ON-SITE pARKING? 

Our studio does not have on-site parking, but there is street parking in front of the building and a paid parking lot across the street. 

Unfortunately due to the age of the building, it does not have an elevator or lift. The studio is on the second floor of the building.

Where are you located?

Is the studio accessible? 

Modern Bliss Collective is located in downtown Kingston at 253 Ontario Street, unit 201. We are right above Chris James.

What amentities do you have on site?

The studio has tons of amentities for you and your guests to enjoy:

Can I use the furniture and props?

Yes, when you rent the studio you have full access to all the furniture and props. 

Can I bring my own props?

Yes, you can bring your own props. If you have a large prop like a hanging floral arrangement, please contact us ahead of time or make a note on the contact form and we will reach out to you. 

Can I move the furniture?

Yes, you are welcome to move the furniture.We kindly ask that you do not drag it accross the floor if possible and you put it back how you found it when you're done.
